Overview
QR-View is a subscription service. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every order. Lemon Squeezy issues the invoice, handles applicable VAT and appears on your bank statement.
This policy explains when you can get your money back and how to ask for it.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 15-day free trial with all features unlocked. No card is required to start it, and nothing is charged when it ends. If you do not subscribe, the account simply stops serving your menu.
Because the trial lets you evaluate the product in full before paying, we expect most questions to be resolved before any money changes hands.
14-day refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason. We do not ask you to justify the request.
This applies to first payments and to renewals alike. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly, tell us and we will refund it.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window we do not issue automatic refunds, because the service was available to you for that period. Two exceptions where we always refund regardless of timing:
- The service was unavailable through our fault for a significant part of the paid period.
- A technical fault on our side prevented you from using what you paid for and we could not fix it.
If you believe your case is unfair to you, write to us anyway. We would rather resolve it than have an unhappy customer.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or through the customer portal link in any receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period.
After cancelling, your menu keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
How to request a refund
Write to hello@qr-view.net from the email address on the account, or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram. Include the email you subscribed with. That is all we need.
We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
