Who processes your payment
Payments for QR-View are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. That means Lemon Squeezy is the seller on record for the transaction: it charges the card, issues the invoice, and handles VAT and sales tax where they apply.
On your bank or card statement the charge appears under Lemon Squeezy, not under QR-View. This is normal and is not an error.
What we charge for
QR-View is billed as a subscription, either monthly or yearly, on the plan you choose. Prices are shown on our pricing page before you pay and are charged in euro.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You are notified by email before a renewal.
Payment methods
Lemon Squeezy accepts major credit and debit cards, and depending on your country also PayPal and local payment methods. The available options are shown at checkout.
We never see or store your card details. The card is entered on Lemon Squeezy's own secure checkout page.
Receipts and invoices
After each successful payment Lemon Squeezy emails you a receipt. From the link in that email you can open the customer portal, where you can download invoices, update your card and cancel the subscription.
If you need an invoice with your company details, you can enter them at checkout or add them later in the customer portal.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, Lemon Squeezy retries the charge over the following days and notifies you. Your menu keeps working during the retry period.
If payment ultimately fails, the subscription expires and your QR menu stops opening for guests. Nothing is deleted: as soon as payment goes through, everything comes back exactly as it was.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the customer portal. See our Refund Policy for when we return money.
